Glen facilitates dialogue and collaborative decision-making around shared water, forests, fish, and other natural gifts. For 25+ years he has assisted communities and governments in Canada and around the world (e.g. Lake Chad, Afghanistan, Ecuador) address the complex issues surrounding governance of natural habitat and our relationship with them. He brings diverse technical knowledge and process skills, but also the perspective that we manage ourselves (not nature) and that relationships are foundational to success. Eco-Logical Resolutions has contributed to cutting-edge watershed management agreements developed by, with, and for indigenous people and their representatives.
