Kyle helps organizational and community leaders navigate challenging situations, usually when disagreement or conflict between parties is at its apex, or avoiding it altogether. Combining coaching, strategy, facilitation, and capacity building, he ensures buy-in for necessary change. His projects have shifted culture in primary healthcare, often creating prototypes that bridge Indigenous and non-Indigenous perspectives.  He is a proponent of Co-Design processes for resource industries, and has won awards for his initiatives in dental care for low-income children and in organizational leadership.
