Facilitating Open Space (aka an “unconference”)

Standard events with a few speakers and limited Q&A are often boring. We prefer using the Open Space Technology (OST) format for much more active gatherings.

Imagine working in a focused way with like-minded others, diving into pressing topics, exchanging ideas, setting goals, and developing action plans.

OST is a lightly-structured but powerful format (used in hundreds of settings over 20+ years) that builds collaboration, innovation, and momentum.
