Civic Synergy: Bridging the Red/Blue Divide

This innovative non-profit in the US brings liberal and conservative-leaning young people together constructively. Small groups of volunteers learn conflict resolution skills, explore complex and pressing issues (e.g. immigration policy and border security), identify shared values, and then develop new policy proposals. Youth-driven, Civic Synergy connects program participants to state and federal elected officials to present their ideas. The organization runs national programming and local, in-person programs on college campuses. Read more on this anti-polarization success story at https://civicsynergy.live/
